Regular bookings are invoiced one a month in arrears, and can be paid via Scopay, where you can also view your booking. You can log in to Scopay by clicking the online payment button a the bottom of the page. Please note this cannot be completed by BACS but with a debit or credit card.

Cancellation by the Hirer (Block Bookings) Once a booking form is submitted the hirer must give one months notice in writing if they wish to cancel the entire booking. It is at The Managers’ discretion to whether a group can cancel an individual session. If you do wish to cancel, please apply in writing 48hrs prior to your booking for The Manger to consider waivering the cost of a single session. 

Event Bookings need to pay a £250 deposit which is returnable after the event. This must be paid by card. You will then be invoiced for the full amount 3 months prior to your booking. All payment can be made by debit or credit card over the phone.

Event Cancellations £50 if cancelled 1 month after confirmation. £100 for cancellations within 3 months of hire. £250 for cancellations within 2 months of hire. The full fee will apply if cancelled within a month of hire.
